Paul "Burnsie" W. Burns

Paul W. "Burnsie" Burns Sr. Was born October 9, 1946 in Elmira, the son of the late John and Irene (Walsh) Burns, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the age of 70. His brothers, John and Michael Burns also preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Rose M. (Therit) Burns; beloved children, Paul W. (Nicole) Burns Jr. of Elmira, Scott (Nancy) Burns also of Elmira, Jennifer Brooks of Ormand Beach, FL; adored grandchildren, Taylor, Stephanie and Michael; Alexa, Ryan and Riley; Jalyn and Darius; sisters, Barbara Snyder of Elmira, Madeleine Pabis of Elmira Heights; along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, NY on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 10:00 am to 12:00pm. A Memorial Service celebrating his life will follow the visitation there at noon. Reverend Laurie Greenlaw will officiate.
