VanCise, Philip W, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2017.Phil was predeceased by his parents, Donald VanCise and Betty VanCise, and brothers, Frank Bakley and Ed Bakley. He is survived by his fiancé, Debra Peary of Corning, NY; daughter, Amanda (Fred) Dove of Pine City, NY; son, Stevin (Melannie) VanCise-Alverez of Puerto Rico; sisters, Gail (Bruce) Williams and Kathy Harris, both of Elmira, NY; brother, Melvin (Heather) Williams of Corning, NY; 3 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.It was Phil’s wish there be no services.
