Age 73 of Elmira Heights, NY passed away on Friday March 26, 2010 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira. He is survived by daughters, Debora L (Rich) Aiken of Corning, NY and Penie Jo Templar; sons, Jon K (Jackie) Green of Elmira Heights, NY andRichard J. (Kimberly L. Wida) Green of Elmira, NY; former wife, JoAnn Green of Elmira, NY; 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Phillip enjoyed telling a good story and gardening in his spare time.
