Priscilla M. Huggins

Priscilla M. (Chase) Huggins, age 75 of Elmira, NY passed away peacefully on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born September 9, 1940 in Williamsport, NY. Her beloved mother, Nancy (Maxson) Chase preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving son, Michael J. Huggins; adored grandchildren, Arielle Huggins and Bo Huggins; beloved brother, Fred (Nancy) Chase; nieces, Kimberley Park and Michelle (Andy) Rice. Priscilla retired from the Chemung Canal Trust Co. after several years of dedicated service in the mailroom.
