Ralphford James

Ralphford J. RoyAge 83 of Waverly, NY formerly a long time resident of Gillett, PA, passed away on Friday March 6, 2015 at home. He was born on August 7, 1931 the son of the late William and Shirley McBennett. Ralphford is survived by his wife, BarbaraL. Roy; sons, Ralph (Carol) Roy, William Roy; daughter, Phyllis Sprinkle; step daughter Terri (Robert) Banfield; also many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren; sister, Anna (Harold) McBennett Pautz and many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy, and many close family members.Ralphford was a United States Army Veteran during the Korean War. Worked at Remington Rand, A & P Food Processing Plant and retired from Trayer Products Co. He was a member of the CB Club, and member of the Elmira Heights American Legion Post # 154Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Tuesday March 10, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there at 4:00 PM. Mrs. Myra Goss will officiate. Interment will be in Gillett Cemetery, Gillett PA at the convenience of the family.
