Raymond Updike

Age 87 of Elmira, NY passed away Thursday May 13, 2010 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Elmira, NY. He is survived by his children, Sandy Beeman, Raymond (Mary) Updike, William(Connie) Updike, David Updike, Debbie (Mike) Rusczak, 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, two sisters and one sister in-law.Raymond was predeceased by his wife, Diana B. Green Updike, also five brothers and two sisters.He was a member of the V.F.W., the White Eagles Club, the Loyal Order of Moose, and the American Legion, also a member of Elmira Eagles Club. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport on Monday May 17, 2010 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM with Eulogy Service there at 4:00 PM. Graveside service will be held Wednesday May 19, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Woodlawn National Cemetery with military honors.
