Rhonda F. Howe

Rhonda F. Howe Age 53, of Elmira passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born in Corning, NY on October 21, 1963, the daughter of Bryce Taft and Jean Baker. She is survived by daughters: Jessica (Tim) Lewis, Jerrica (Kevin) Taft; grandchildren: Brandon Snyder, Tiffani Snyder, Koby Taft andNoah Taft; siblings: Arlan (Tina) Taft, Debbie (Pat) Gilboy, Robin (Everette) Butters; along with many other friends and family. Rhonda absolutely loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed. Family and friends are invited to gather at the American Legion, 71 Old Ithaca Road, Horseheads, NY on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.
