Bellows, Richard L. “ Wildman” age 60 passed away unexpectedly at home Tuesday, February 19th 2013. He was born in Troy, May 25th, 1952. Surviving is his daughter, Stephanie Bolt (Ryan Maurey) of Gillett, Pa; one granddaughter, Emmeilia Anne Maurey; his loving mother, Betty Hoobler of Gillett; brothers: Rodney (Luz) Bellows of Elmira, Robert (Sissy) Bellows of Millerton;sister: Vickie(Dale) Dickerson of Gillett; along with several nieces and nephews.He is predeceased by his brother, Roger Bellows, step father, Richard “Hoobie” Hoobler; grandparents,Arista and Cora Faye Spotts, Luther and Myrtle Bellows. Wildman was well known for helping anyone in need. His prize in life, was his family and dear friends. He was always in search of the Zippo lighter he didn’t own yet. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He enjoyed working for the Stage Hand Union IATSE #289. He was very fond of Schootch, Jessie, Darlene, Jeff, Jim Blake, LaRue Curren and many other very special friends in his life. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Friday, February 22nd 2013 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of the calling hours at 7:00PM. Graveside services will be held on Saturday at 11:00AM at the Coryland Presbyterian Cemetery, Coryland Rd.Gillett, PA.“Wildman was one of the last free spirits” Those wishing please make memorial donations in Wildman’s name to the charity of one’s choice.Guestbook may be signed in obituaries at www.olthof.com
