Robert Stewart Brewer

Was born November 16, 1947 in Elmira, NY the son of Bradley L. and Clara (Stewart) Brewer went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the age of 66. His beloved mother preceded him in death on February 22, 2012. Robert grew up in Millerton and Tioga and resided with his loving wife of 22 years, Donna (Wales) Brewer: other survivors include: beloved father, Bradley; much loved siblings: Carol (Michael) Prince of Marlton, NJ; David Brewer of Wellsville, PA; Donald Brewer of Millerton, PA; mother and father-in-law, Janet and Donald Wales; brother and sister-in-laws, Colleen (Jeff) McDonough of Scranton, PA; Sandra (John) Mundro of Saylorsburg, PA; Donald (Karen) Wales of Millerton, PA; Timothy & Lynette Wales; Pamela (Russell) Draper of Millerton, PA; along with 14 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and great nephews, his church family and many friends. Bob, as he was affectionately known,graduated from Williamson High School in 1965, worked for Smith Harley Davidson in Daggett, PA and retired from H & H equipment in Big Flats, NY after 20 years of dedicated service as a mechanic and truck driver. Bob was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Tioga, PA where he also was a trustee. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Funeral services celebrating his life will follow the visitation at 6 PM. Bob's friend and Pastor, Steven Neff will officiate. Interment will take place at the convenience of his family in the Hammond Cemetery Tioga, PA.
