Robert E. Sullivan

Age 85 formerly of the Appleridge Apartments Horseheads, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 28, 2005 at the Elcor Health Services also in Horseheads, NY. He was born November 19, 1919 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Dr. Samuel and Hertha (Andreasen) Sullivan. His beloved brother, Eugene Sullivan, predeceased Robert. He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 59 years, Alberta (Dytman) Sullivan; sons, Walter R. (Alix) Sullivan of Ottowa, Ontario; Allan W. Sullivan of Tulsa, OK; brother in-laws, John W. Dytman of Elmira, NY; Arman D. Dytman of Albany, NY; Richard G. Dytman of Horseheads, NY; along with several nieces and nephews. Robert was Veteran of the USAF proudly serving his country from 1943 ? 1972. He retired from the military as Lieutenant Colonel and as a medical administrator. His family was his life and he loved them dearly. It was Robert?s express wish to have no prior visitation. A private family gathering with a prayer service will be held at a time convenient to his family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
