Rocco Francis Coppola

Age 55, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 with his loved ones and his beloved dog "Lucy" by his side. His parents, Francis and Elizabeth (Harnas) Coppola predeceased Rocky. He is survived by his companion, Sharon Weaver; sisters, Rose Marie Monserrate, Bonnie Carrasco of Austin, TX; Nancy Coppola; brother, Michael Coppola; his special uncle, Ralph; along with nephews, many cousins and close friends. Rocky began his career in California where he became a successful and respected contractor. His love of the river since his boyhood days brought him back to Elmira where he resumed his two passions; building homes and fishing on the river. His work ethic and skills earned him a reputation as a man with exceptional talent. A very special thank you to Kate, Marybeth and Linda from Care First (Hospice) for their invaluable kindness and support. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Friday, March 22, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
