Rocynda R. Kelsey

Was born September 21, 1949 in Bath, NY the daughter of the late Lewis and Zadie (Hoose) Buchanan passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the age of 57. She is survived by her grandchildren, Brittany Sue Ribble and Sean Ribble; daughter, Shannon Ribble; very close friend, Anna Mae Ponti; brother-in-law, George Kelsey Jr.; brothers, Theron Bennett/David Bright; Dean (Rhonda) Bennett; sisters, Peggy Buchanan; Patti (Dale) McPherson; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Cindy enjoyed her work with the Literacy Volunteer Program in Elmira. Her passion for tutoring others goes without saying. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Services to celebrate her life will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
