Age 64, of Pine City, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, November 16, 2003.She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Raymond L. Ketter, Sr.; children, Raymond & Brenda Ketter, Jr., Mary Phillips, Joseph Ketter, David & Karen Ketter, Kate & Robert Smith; 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; father, Carl Whipple; brother, Sonny Whipple; sister, Kathleen Peckham.Roxie was predeceased by her mother, Violet Whipple.She was a member of the Montour Falls Chapter Women of the Moose #1401, enjoyed baking and decorating cakes and attending ceramic classes.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Thursday, November 20 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 PM with funeral and committal services there at 8:00 PM.Deacon Robert Stowell will officiate.Memorial donations may be made to Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E.
