Ruth Virginia Andrews

ANDREWS, Ruth Virginia Was born August 25, 1926, in Elmira, NY and passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 in Florida. Her first husband, Elmo Aldrich and second husband, Vincent Andrews preceded her in death. She is survived by her beloved children: son, Arden (Lisa) Aldrich of Rockwell, TX; daughters, Leona (Norman) Locey of Lady Lake, FL; Dorinda (Doug) Wachter of Rochester, NY; Darlene Wheeler of Douglasville, GA; Roxann (David) Gross of Kanona, NY; along with 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Virginia sang in her church choir at the First Baptist Church in Dunnellon, FL. She also enjoyed painting and was a talented artist. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral Services honoring her life will be held there on Saturday, March 3rd at 11:00 AM. Pastor Craig Buckley will celebrate Virginia's life. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
