Ruth H. Brown

Ruth H. Brown, 90, a longtime resident of Pine City, NY passed away on Thursday, September 1st, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Ruth was predeceased by her parents, Rueben and Hazel Stevens; and her loving husband of over 70 years, Paul M. Brown. She is survived by her children, Douglas Brown of Zephyrhills, FL, Barbara and Dick Clark of Garland, TX, Paula and Dick “Woody” Beechey of Pine City, NY, Robert and Wanda Brown of Princeton, TX, Sherrie and Jim Johnson of Princeton, TX and Tim and Kristen Brown of Trout Run, PA; sisters, Dorothy Bonning and Shirley Root; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Ruth was a member of the Pine City Baptist Church, the Pine City Fire Dept. Auxillary and the Pine City School Mothers Club. She was a dedicated mother and wife who loved her children and husband unconditionally. She will be greatly missed.
