Sara M. Doyle

Was born December, 6, 1928 in New Brighton, PA the daughter of the late Glenn and Dorothy (Patterson) McGaffic passed away on Friday, May 20, 2011 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center at the age of 82. Her loving husband, Richard S. Doyle predeceased her. She is survived by her devoted son, Kenneth Doyle; brother, Glenn and his three children and their families; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins; also survived by her dearest friend, Edna Emrick from New Brighton, PA with her five girls and their extended families. Her faithful dog, "Trixie" also survives her. Sara'slast work place was AFI Cybernetics Corp., Elmira, where she did the payables for her son from 1983 to 2007. She was a long time member of the Riverside United Methodist Church. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Aver Elmira/Southport, NY on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services honoring her life will follow the visitation at 7 PM. The Reverend Michael Weeden will officiate. She will be laid to rest in the Woodlawn National Cemetery with her beloved Richard at a time convenient for her family.
