Sharon Perry

Sharon K. Perry, Age 70 of Pine City, NY passed away at home after a long battle with cancer.Sharon was predeceased by parents Emerson and A. Marjorie (Stanton) Covert, and father of her children, Charles W. Perry, Sr. She is survived by her six children:Charles (Amanda) Perry, Jr. with son Trey of Enterprise, AL, Michael (Abigail) Perry with children Josh, Jenelle and Jeremiah, of Erin, NY, Joseph Perry with daughter Amanda of Brookville, PA, Brian (Libby) Perry with sons Grant and Reed of Cincinnati, OH, Kelly (Jamie) Perry-Johnson with daughter Charlei of Pine City, with whom she resided, and James (Rachel) Perry with children Cameron, Olivia and Madelyn of Elmira, NY. Sharon is also survived by siblings Isobel Seubert of Houston, TX, E. Richard Covert of NYC, Mary Jann of Pine City, NY and Ruth (John) Jasiczek of Pine City, NY along with several nieces and nephews.Sharon most recently worked at Wegmans and enjoyed all of her conversations with all who came through her line.Family and friends are invited to Olthof Funeral Home 1050 Pennsylvania Ave, Elmira, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 4:00-6:00pm followed by a celebration of life at the White Eagle Club 364 Millard Street, Elmira.The family would like to thank the Falck Cancer Center and Care First for their comfort and support the last two years.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations go to the Falck Cancer Center 600 Roe Ave, Elmira NY 14905 or to the Josh Palmer Fund PO Box 3223, Elmira NY 14905.
