Sharon E. Peyton

Age 68, of Elmira, NY, went home to be with her Lord, Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Elcor Health Services in Horseheads, NY. Sharon was predeceased by her parents Richard C. and Marion T. (Fuller) Smithmen, Sr.and most recently her brother, Gary L. Smithmen, Sr. February 6, 2011 in Georgia. Sharon was a very loving and caring person, who had a witty sense of humor and was full of life. She is dearly missed by her daughter; Cherie Middaugh of Pine City; granddaughter, Selena Middaugh also of Pine City; brother, Richard C. (Cis) Smithmen Jr. ; sister, Deb Agan of Elmira; along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a service celebrating her life Sunday May 29, 2011 at 4:00pm at the Elmira Christian Center, 235 East Miller Street, Elmira, NY. Lay Pastor John P.
