Stanley Gene HungerfordJuly 10, 2013 Stanley Gene Hungerford, 67, of Horseheads, NY, formerly of East Syracuse,passed away suddenly on Wednesday. He was born in Elmira, the son of the late Jasper and Edna (Hicks) Hungerford. Stanley was proud to be an Air force Veteran. He retired from Carrier in Syracuse and then worked atSiemens for many years. He was abrother of the Nortrip Masonic Lodge #998 of Fayetteville. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hungerford of East Syracuse; sons, Eric (Nicole) Hungerford of Pasadena, CA, Adam (Melissa) Hungerford of Fairfax, VA; grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Benjamin and Aidan; brothers and sisters, Diann VanDeBogart of Rochester, Ward Hungerford of Burdett, NY, Joan (John) Schatz of Callicoon, NY, James Hungerford of Utica; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday from 4-6 pm at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 pm at the funeral home, 6530 Schepp’s Corners Rd.
