Steven J. Grover

Grover, Steven J. age 38 of Elmira, NY passed away after an eleven month courageous battle with cancer. Born in Elmira, November 8, 1973. He was a dedicated husband, father, son and friend.His loving wife Sarah Mucenski, survives him with his beloved daughters who he adored Tessa May and Lyla Jean along with his Father and mother: Ansel and Ellen (Strader) Grover Sr. , Grandmother:Meriam Strader: Brother: Kenny (Kim) Grover; Sister: Helen (Daryl) Locke; Brothers: Ansel Jr. (Laura) Grover, Mike (Amy) Grover; Sister: JoAnn (Mark) Kunstmann and Brother: Andy (Kim) Schultz; Father and mother in law: Phil and Jean Mucenski and numerous nieces and nephews. Many loving friends including Roger and Sandy Sterling, Joel Voorhees, and Jeremy Wickham. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Monday, December 5th, 2011 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Funeral services celebrating the life of Steven J. Grover will take place at the conclusion of the calling hours at 8:00PM. Lay Pastor, John Knapp will officiate. Steve was a dedicated machinist for the Hilliard Corporation for several years. He absolutely enjoyed his family the most he could. He was a fantastic carpenter and a true friend to all.
