Thelma L. Tupper

Tupper, Thelma L. 89, of Southport died on December 2nd at the AOMC. Thelma loved to travel and saw most of the western hemisphere. Thelma is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Raymond Tupper; son, John (Sandra) Tupper of Breesport; daughters, Karen McConnell of Elmira; Sharon (Bill) Peet of Sayre, PA; brother, Jack Millage of Waverly; sister, Naomi Stella of Watkins Glen; numerous nieces and nephews, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Thelma was predeceased her parents, John Clarence Millage and Consuella Snow; brothers, Richard and Robert Millage; sisters, Connie Whitmore and Jenny Weitz; and granddaughter, Amber Tupper.
