Thomas G. â??Tom�? Vester

Age 61, of Laurel Street Lee, MA passed away on Monday, June 23, 2003 at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. He was born February 16, 1942 in Elmira, NY the son of the late George Earl and Agnes Marie (Lahr) Vester. He is survived by his loving sister, Mary Tadder of Elmira, NY; nephews, Eddie W. Tadder Jr. of Elmira, NY; David (Niki Jo) Tadder of Horseheads, NY; close friends, Ray Eurbanik and Edward Vanderpool both of Elmira, NY. ?Tom? as he was affectionately known, was formerly employed with Trayer Products as a dedicated forklift operator for many years. He loved the older cars, especially his 1968 Road Runner. He enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to guitar music. ?Tom? was a great guy and will be missed dearly by all. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Friday, June 27, 2003 from 10 to 11 AM. Funeral Services will follow the visitation. (11:00 AM) Deacon Bob Stowell will officiate. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
