Age 42, died October 5, 2006 very unexpectedly at home following a long and courageous battle with Parkinsons Disease.He was born May 7, 1964 in Elmira, NY the son of Roger and Marlene Wilkins Harris.In addition to his parents, Tim is survived by four sisters and brothers-in-law; Rhonda and Thomas Hager of Millerton, Brenda and Harry Colegrove of Liberty, Sandra and Eric Smith of Covington and Carolyn and Christopher Sayles of Newburgh, NY.He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Benjamin, Elizabeth, Joshua Hager; Sarah, Rebekah, Josiah and Hannah Colegrove; Patrick and Kaitlyn Smith and Melanie Sayles, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by five nieces and nephews.Tim was a 1982 graduate of Williamson High School being a member of the FFA and recipient of the Keystone Farmer Award.He was a Jack of All Trades having worked on the family farm; as an assistant carpenter, plumber and electrician, and was a super mechanic.Tim was a lifetime member of Millerton Fire and Rescue Department and had spent much time maintaining the equipment. He also held a lifetime membership in the NRA.After Tim was diagnosed with Parkinsons in 1990 and became disabled, it made his day when he could give a helping hand to a friend or to a family member.Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Monday from 6 to 9 P.M. and Tuesday from 10 to 11 A.M. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M.Reverend Harry Colegrove and Reverend Thomas Hager (his brother-in-law) will co-officiate. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Tioga, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Millerton Fire and Rescue Department, RR# 1 Box 4-A, Millerton, PA 16936.Those wishing may leave a Candle of Remembrance for the family in Obituaries at www.olthof.com .
