Tressa P. Easton

Was born July 17, 1920 in Elkland, PA the daughter of the late Pasquale and Philomena (Totaro) Cevette she passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at St. Joseph?s Hospital at the age of 85. Her loving husband, the former Town of Southport supervisor, Maxwell Easton predeceased her. Tressa is survived by her beloved children, Charles & Bonnie Easton of Saranac Lake, NY; David & Jamie Easton of Painted Post, NY; Maxine & Dieter Schwarzbauer of Elmira, NY; Susan & James Weigle of Crystal River, FL; much-loved grandchildren, Erica and Gretchen Schwarzbauer, Ashley and Whitney Easton, Marc Easton, Michelle, David, Philip and Donna Weigle; sister, Carmen Tini; along with several nieces and nephews.She was a member of North Presbyterian Church, retired Deputy Town Clerk of the Town of Southport and honorary member of the Chemung/Schuyler Municipal Clerks Assoc.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, on Saturday, May 6, 2006 from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. Funeral Services celebrating Tessa?s life will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM with Reverend Susan Husted honoring her life. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to North Presbyterian Church, the Food Pantry or the Southport Volunteer Fire Dept. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
