DeHaas, Wilda J., age 78, a lifelong resident of Pine City, NY passed away on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016 at home. Wilda was the daughter of the late George and Ellene (Andrews) Bement. She was most recently predeceased by her husband, Hal DeHaas, August 11th, 2016. Surviving are her son, Andrew (Sara) Seymour of Elmira; step sons, Brandon De Haas of Key West, FL, and Kenny Seymour of Horseheads,NY; step daughter, Jaqueline Seymour of Wyoming; 14 grandchildren, Brandon “Zack” DeHaas, Kelly Dalton, Justin Seymour, Shane Seymour, Cheyenne Seymour, Katie Seymour, Mike Seymour, David Seymour, Michele (James) Tolon, JoAnn Seymour, Kristin Seymour, Brian (Meg) Seymour, Terry Hunt, and Jeffery Peters; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Virgilene Bement Miller of Grant, Florida; and brother, Thomas Bement of Millerton, PA. Wilda was predeceased by her first husband, Murray Seymour; sisters, Francis and Nettie; and brother, Donald. Wilda was the owner and operator of M & M Hots in Elmira, NY. Family and friends are invited to gather from 4:00PM to 6:00PM, Saturday, December 17th, 2016 at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY.
