William D. Hough

Was born April 6, 1921 in Renovo, PA the son of the late William and Mabel (Barner) Hough passed away peacefully on Monday, May 3, 2010 at Bethany Manor in Horseheads, NY at the age of 89. His beloved son, Larry Hough predeceased him. On May 28, 1975 Bill married Dorothy (Bauer) and they have enjoyed almost 35 wonderful years of life and love together. His survivors include: beloved wife, Dorothy; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and several good neighbors. Bill retired from Hardinge Brothers after 44 years of faithful and dedicated service. He loved his home and caring for his yard. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services honoring his life will follow the visitation at 1 PM. Lay Pastor John P. Knapp will celebrate Bill's services. Interment will follow in Ashland Cemetery Wellsburg, NY.
