Charlene B. Girardi Age 61 of Elmira, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 8, 2022 with her husband and family by her side. Charlene was born on May 19, 1960 in Mount Clemens, MI. Charlene is survived by her husband, Leonard J. Girardi; children, Heather (Daniel) Wierman, Christopher (Kari) Redloske, Sarah (Donald) Curtis, Daniel (Samantha) Girardi; grandchildren, Cody, Arial, Zac, Seri, Keegan, Bryor, Crysta, Bailey, Grace, Kailee, Donald, Jr., and Alexander; great-grandchildren, Kyia, William, Lucas, Brogann, Lacey, Axel, Eleanor, Kolson, and Brynlee; sisters, Janice Giese, Shelley Mitchell, Lori (Todd) Larson, Lanette Lalonde, Cheryl (Dan) Reeves; brother, Harold (Kristine) Redloske, Jr.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Barbara Redloske; brother-in-law, Michael Mitchhell and Rick Giese. To her family, she was one of the strongest people they knew. She loved unconditionally. Her personality was amazing. When she believed in something, she did not stop until she accomplished all she could. Her love for her husband, her kids, grandkids, and coffee was all she needed to live the best life. Charlene had a passion for cooking, and no one ever walked away hungry. Char will be remembered most by her children for the twinkle in her eye, her strength, courage, determination, and true heart. She was inspirational, strong, feisty, opinionated, and a truth teller. She was never dealt a great hand in life and she loved beyond words. Cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held in Michigan in the spring. Charlene will be spread over the Great Lakes, she loved the water.
